Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-2 business days to prepare for shipping, and another 2-3 business days to be delivered.
Also, please keep in mind that all FINGER SUIT orders are shipped out from South Korea.
Once the order is fulfilled, you may track the status of your order by the tracking number you received via email.
We are sorry to hear that! In a few cases, the carriers take 1-2 business days to register your shipment status.
If your tracking number is not updating or working at all, please reach out to FedEx general customer service team or us as soon as you can via support@fingersuit.com.
If your order has not been fulfilled yet, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can change the shipping address on our system.
However, please understand that although it was unfulfilled, we may not be able to change it if the order was already processed the day before.
If your order was fulfilled and you already received the tracking number, please contact FedEx right away regarding this issue as we cannot change it for you in this case.
Note:
If the package has already been delivered to the incorrect address, unfortunately, FedEx nor FINGER SUIT can compensate for this matter.
Therefore, the customer has to retrieve the package from that place.
Any disadvantages occurred by incorrect shipping addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
Also, please be aware that in some cases, additional charges may be requested upon this change request.
Please contact our customer service at support@fingersuit.com regarding your missing package and we will help you out.
Also, you must contact FedEx US at the same time, to confirm that you have not received your order.
We can offer you compensation only after you have contacted them first, and received a case ID.
NOTE: We can only investigate and offer compensation for packages that have been delivered within 30 days from the date of fulfillment, as we are not authorized to keep the shipping records for more than a month.
Therefore, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can help you with this issue in the given time frame.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS
International orders are subject to duties and taxes which are levied and collected by your country's customs authorities.
We have no control over these fees so the customs duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please refer to the following to check the countries where taxes are mostly imposed.

Any package arriving in Canada from other countries will be charged for taxes, but not for customs duties if the total price is between $40 and $100 (USD). Tax exemption is only applied to orders under CAD 20.
[Australia]
Taxes are exempt for packages under AUD 1000.
[Singapore]
Taxes are exempt for packages under SGD 400.

If your order was not processed yet, you may cancel your order through the cancel button on [MY ACCOUNT] or click the [edit/cancel] on the order confirmation email.
If your order is unfulfilled but the website does not let you cancel the order, please reach out to the customer service so that we can manually cancel the order for you.
However, you must reach out to us before 9 a.m. (KST) of the next weekday that you placed the order, in order to have your order canceled before it ships out.
*Any cancellation requests after the given time frame may not be eligible for cancellation even if it is unfulfilled, since the order was already processed.
NOTE:
- If you try editing something on the order, the system may automatically cancel your entire order. In this case, we cannot reprocess the order so please proceed with a new order.
- If you need help using the same discount code again, please contact support@fingersuit.com and we will help you out.
- If the order was already fulfilled and you received the tracking number, cancellation cannot be done.
All return requests must be asked within 14 days of receiving the order.

Also, to be eligible for a return, your items must be unused & unopened (the seal must not be opened), and in the same condition that you received at first.
The buyer is responsible for round trip shipping costs on all returns except when the product is defective.
When returning your order, please keep in mind that all items you received as gift must also be returned.
If gifts are not returned, the equivalent amount will be deducted from the refund.
NOTE: If any opened item is returned, we will not be offering a refund on that product.
Therefore, please double check the items before returning.
Once you return your items, our warehouse will go through inspection to find any items that were opened or used.
We will process the refund as soon as we verify that the items are eligible for a refund.
Please note that the refund may take up to 5 - 10 business days depending on the credit/debit card company.

If your package arrived damaged, please email us right away at support@fingersuit.com with the photos requested below, as we need to report this to the shipping company:
1. Photo of the exterior packaging (flyer bag that contained all the items)
2. Photo of all the items placed inside the exterior packaging
3. Photo of the actual item that was damaged/broken (showing that it cannot be used)
After we check the damage and investigate it with the shipping company, we will help you with compensation.

We are sorry to inform you that we do not recommend adjusting the length of press-on nails.
However, you may file down the tips for a clean finish.
Finger Suit press-on nails are created for one-time use only, as the adhesive on the back will not work once it's removed.
For glue nails, you may reuse it if the nail tip remains in good condition.
However, we do not suggest it, as the nail tips may get damaged during the removal.
FINGER SUIT press-on nails last 5-7 days. It is highly recommended to remove within 7 days after first application.
Glue nails also last 5-7 days. Although they may last longer, we suggest that you remove them within 2 weeks in order to keep your nails healthy and in good condition.
*Thoroughly wipe your nails with the prep pad to remove all residues on nails before application. Prep process makes a huge difference in the result.
Yes. If you feel like it needs more stability, you may use it on both glue nails and non-glue nails (press-ons) of Finger Suit.
However, please keep in mind that we are not responsible for falling off issues when using your personal glue.
Press-ons: Apply 1-2 drops of remover on the edges, and gently lift the edges with a wooden stick.
Then, apply few more drops into the gaps, and carefully lift off the whole tip.
Glue nails: Please use a glue-exclusive nail remover, as our original Easy-off Remover will not work on the glue nails. A tip would be to keep your fingers in warm water before peeling off the nail tips.
*It is highly recommended using FINGER SUIT Easy-off Remover on the press-on nails, for gentle and mild removal without any nail damage.
