Shipping Fee: The customer is responsible for the $40 round-trip shipping fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Conditions: Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed with original seal tape intact. Free promotional gifts must be returned together; missing or used gifts will be deducted from the refund.

3. Adverse Skin or Nail Reactions
Eligible Window: Within 7 days of delivery.

The packaging or seal tape is opened, used, or damaged by non-FINGERSUIT fault.
Promotional free gifts are missing or not returned.

Yes, if your cumulative spend over the past 12 months falls below the required threshold, your membership tier may be lowered. Your tier will automatically adjust according to your total purchase amount.
